Have you ever wondered what an impaction is? In a nutshell, it’s when the pores become blocked. What we typically consider to be “pores” are really just the openings of follicles that extend deep into our skin and contain sebaceous glands which secrete oils. When there’s an excess of oil and dead cells in these follicles, they mix together and block up the opening forming impactions – unsightly bumps that can progress into acneic lesions if untreated.

Our team crafted a customized in-home and professional treatment plan to tackle the underlying skin issues with the intention of delivering clear, healthy, and luminous skin. The client first began an at-home regimen for several months before transitioning into appointment treatments tailored specifically to their objectives. We experimented with different peels that intensified over time; as the weeks went by, they became increasingly strong yet effective. Inevitably, this resulted in dramatic improvements in appearance and texture on our client’s complexion!
