With summer just around the corner, it’s time to start thinking about sun protection. It’s essential to take steps to protect your skin from the sun’s harmful UV rays. Here are some dos and don’ts of sun protection to help you maintain healthy skin this summer and beyond.

Important: Don’t forget to reapply sunscreen every two hours, especially if you’re spending time in the water or sweating.
