Create a Clean and Efficient Skin Care Routine

Skin care is an integral component of self-care, and I always aim to take my time when applying serums at night. As someone with oily, acne-prone skin, though, it often became a tedious experience rather than something enjoyable.

That’s why I decided to make changes in order for skin care to become a relaxing end of day ritual once more!

Gradually, I swapped out my traditional products for natural ones, and the rituals remain just as calming, but the effects are much greater. My complexion is brighter, more even-toned, and healthier than ever before. And best of all? The changes have stuck with me!

Now I look forward to my morning and evening skincare routines because they make such a difference in my skin’s appearance and health.

Mornings

1. Vitamin C

After some experimentation, it has become clear to me that L-ascorbic acid is the most efficient form of Vitamin C for skin care. Start by combining this with your Hyaluronic Acid Serum and you’ll have a potent mixture that will last up to three months!

This powerful concoction leaves my face feeling refreshed and looking noticeably brighter after each use. And I’m confident in saying my complexion’s been evenly toned since adding these products to my skincare routine about three months ago.

2. Moisturizer

With my oily skin, I am always on the search for a moisturizer that provides just enough moisture without making me feel greasy. Luckily, this lightweight lotion has done exactly that! When I use it, my face is left with a radiant and velvety finish—it’s like silk to the touch!

3. Sunscreen

Applying sunscreen is essential for me due to my acne scarring, and I’m in love with this all-mineral product. It has a subtle hue that blends into my skin beautifully, granting it hydration while preventing the spots from standing out even more. Slathering it on daily leaves me feeling protected and confident!

4. Lip Balm

This multifunctional balm has been a lifesaver for my dry lips! The shade adds the perfect amount of warmth and glow to my complexion, plus it provides instant hydration. And I never go anywhere without it; its versatility makes it great for quick touch-ups on both lips and cheeks.

Night

1. Cleanse

Double cleansing has revolutionized my complexion: I’ve had considerably fewer breakouts since incorporating it into my routine. As a result, my skin feels both deeply cleansed and supple in one fell swoop.

To start, I use an oil-based cleanser that deliciously melts away makeup and debris with its citrus aroma when water is added – becoming a milky emulsion and leaving me refreshed from head to toe!

After that, I use a detoxifying cleanser to erase any remaining trace of makeup and unclog my pores. The zoma quickly turns my bathroom into an extravagant spa for a moment!

2. Tonic

By simply massaging this tonic onto my face, I noticed an immediate difference in the size and tightness of my pores. The texture of my skin also improved significantly, with a notable reduction in oiliness on my T-zone! My hands have become a powerful tool to transform not only the appearance but also the health of one’s skin.

3. Moisture

I used to have days where my skin would look lackluster and drained, and I’d find myself piling on more makeup in an effort to reestablish its natural glow. However, since introducing this serum into my skincare routine before bedtime.

I wake up with a refreshingly radiant complexion that doesn’t require additional cosmetics – thanks to the presence of botanicals such as cotton thistle extract and purslane! My skin has never looked brighter or healthier; it’s given me back the bright radiance I knew was within reach.

4. Treatment

For years, I had avoided using oils on my skin out of fear that it might make the issues worse. Until one day, I decided to give this serum a try, and boy was I glad that I did!

Once a Week

1. Exfoliating

After a good friend recommended this incredible facial scrub to me, I decided to give it a try. As soon as I massage the exfoliating product into my skin and let it sit for a few minutes in the shower, it’s like magic!

My face feels immaculately clean after rinsing off the scrub—not only that, but all of my skincare products seem to absorb more effectively afterwards too. This amazing face scrub has become an essential part of my beauty regime!

2. Mask

I was absolutely astonished by this mask the first time I tried it. Within twenty minutes, my skin absorbed all its nutritive benefits, leaving me with a dewy and pillowy-soft complexion.

Nowadays, I use the mask between Microderm days or when my facial features look lackluster and in need of hydration. Its delicate rose scent is incredibly calming – making this therapy ideal for evenings before bedtime as well!
