Morning Routine: The Power of Olive Oil

Start Your Day With Energy

This morning, I caught the sun’s first rays of light as they cascaded over Paris, an incredible city to explore. Everywhere you wander—shops, restaurants, museums, and galleries included—it feels like a film set! A select few cities around the world have this captivating quality of Paris; that is why we’re embracing each day here with excitement and unpredictability by not knowing how long our journey will last.

Nestled on a sprawling 700-acre farm, I recently started planting and harvesting to create some truly amazing skin care products. From the delicious olive oil, pastas, sauces, and salts—not forgetting the softest panettone ever tasted—there are 500 different flowers and plants in total; all of them organically grown, with 80 medicinal herbs being hand-harvested!

When I’m on the road, my mornings are especially essential for getting work done. Fortunately, there is a bit more wiggle room in terms of Zoom meetings and calls than at night. Through trial and error, I’ve become an early riser—something that serves me so well!

6 a.m.

To begin my weekdays ahead of everyone else, I never miss taking a shot of pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Keep in mind that not all oils are equal—choose the one with organic certification from the USDA and Bioagricert (in Italy) to guarantee you’re consuming only superior quality. After this, I savor some warm water with lemon, followed by coffee for a stimulating start!

6:30 a.m.

I always strive to be efficient while showering to prevent my skin from becoming too dry. To do this, I use Coconut Body Scrub a few times per week and follow it up with body butter for extra nourishment. Whenever possible, I avoid washing my hair every day; instead, on those days when it doesn’t require shampooing, I flip it over and apply Dry Shampoo with Oat Milk at the roots for volume and texture. Lastly, if needed for further hydration of the ends – a few drops of Argan oil does just that trick!

After the completion of my skincare routine, I rely on Intensive Pore Minimizing Toner to achieve a glowing complexion. This toner is formulated with acid exfoliants, copper, and vitamin C which transforms my skin into one that looks plump and luminous. During the winter months, when extra hydration is needed, I add in an application of Intensive Nourishing Balm for revitalized results.

6:50 a.m.

To achieve a soft, everyday look that exudes radiance and sophistication, I apply Luminating Creme to my skin for an alluring glow. Underneath my eyes lies the True Skin Serum Concealer which conceals any unwanted blemishes. Enhancing this effect is Cocoa Pigmented Bronzer with its delectable velvet matte finishes! For a contrast of color, Mascara Perfect Pro Double Protection adds natural volume to my lashes without looking too overdone. Last but not least – Fruit Pigmented Blush allows me to build up the intensity depending on what look I am going for before finishing off with some hydrating lip balm.

7:10 a.m.

After I’m all ready, I whip up breakfast for myself and lunch for my kids before taking them to school. On some days, it’s a bowl of fruits or eggs with avocado; on others, something else. To set the tone for an energized day ahead, we turn on music in the morning while getting meals together—dancing is our favorite way of getting endorphins coursing through us so that everyone’s full of good vibes!

9:30 a.m.

Staying active is an important part of my weekly routine, so I strive to make time for a few workouts each week. Whether it’s rushing off to the gym for some weightlifting or doing yoga at home, I’m always looking for ways to incorporate physical activity into my schedule; otherwise, it’ll be back to work!

11 a.m.

To start my day on the right note, I always make sure to take Nutrition Skin Squad PreProbiotic Clear Skin Supplement mid-morning. Later in the day, keeping myself hydrated is a priority – for that reason, I try to drink plenty of water and go out for regular strolls.
